Practical Driving Test
Your practical driving test will include a section where your'll be asked two questions based on your knowledge of basic car maintenance and safety, also known as 'Show me, tell me' questions'. The driving test examiner will ask you these questions at the beginning of your test, and will ask you one 'Show Me' question and one 'Tell Me' question. Failure to answer these questions correctly will result in a driver fault, of which you are allowed up to 15 throughout the entire test.
Below are the 'Show me, tell me' questions you may be asked. Have a read through each one carefully to see how they can be answered correctly, and then practice them yourself to ensure that you are as prepared as possible on the day of your test!
